Pellis, President and Founder of Pellis Construction Company Being in the business for over 40 years, Tom Pellis has seen a lot of changes in the home building industry.  One thing remains constant at Pellis Construction, and that is Tom’s dedication to the belief in doing the job right, the first time.
	John “Jack” M. Pellis, Vice President Jack Pellis’ love of architecture and passion for the building industry brought him back to the family business in 1986. After graduating from Duquesne University, he knew that Pellis Construction could not only be the leader in the home building industry, but that he could help bring a creative touch to every Pellis project. Jack is proud to work with each customer individually during the entire building process. From the initial consultation, site visit, design and final pricing, Jack walks the customer through every step of their home buying journey. Jack knows the key to great relationships is listening to the customer. His keen sense of design, scale and attention to detail make Jack invaluable to the Pellis team. When a customer works with Jack, they know their home plan will be tastefully executed and perfectly fit their lifestyle needs!
	Thomas Mesich, Construction Foreman Tom Mesich is second to none when it comes to the technical knowledge of the construction trade. Whether it is a group of villas in midtown or your own private retreat from the city, Tom has done it all. With over 40 years’ experience, he has earned the respect of home owners, employees and subcontractors within the community. He monitors each job site personally and ensures that every detail is done according to code. With Tom, you’ll never spend one sleepless night wondering if your home will be done on time and on budget.
	Mark Piper, Project Manager Mark’s reputation for reliability and dependability is one of the greatest strengths here at Pellis Construction. His patience and good natured personality make him the perfect man for the task of dealing with employees, sub-contractors and customers. Mark coordinates selections, scheduling job-site deliveries and handling change orders. A trim carpenter by trade and in construction all of his life, we welcomed him to the Pellis Team in 1987.
	Kathy Patrick, Office Manager Kathy Patrick has worn many hats over the last 25 years. As the Office Manager, we often ask her to do many things that go above and beyond a normal office position. It is her dedication to our customers and employees that make her one of the best representatives of what the Pellis Team have to offer new home buyers! Ask anyone who has met Kathy and they’ll tell you her caring personality and organizational skills can be seen in everything she does.
